Abstract

Entrepreneurship could be considered as an opportunity based management of resources and opportunity recognition is the main differentiating skill of entrepreneurs from the rest of population. Unfortunately no measurement tool for this skill has been developed. In this paper a new tool based on Murphy decomposition of skill and lens model of Egon Brunswik is introduced. An example is provided for further clarification and areas in which the tool could be developed and used are discussed.
